There are many novels where one character or item appears in one chapter, disappears and reappears again 100 chapters later and also novels with many unique power levels which take time to remember (eg. Library of Heaven's Path,The Strongest System,The Tale of Herding Gods). If you forget any of them, you have to search a pile of chapters or inconvenience people by asking about it. So, a Glossary would be a very useful feature that would help readers to enjoy novels to the fullest.

Sounds legit.
Up to translators, they often don't bother cause new content is released a lot and keeping it updated is just a bother.
Hmmm since the glossary will take a lot of effort to make, I'd suggest it will be posted as locked chapter/s within the novel. Like premium lol.
