Theofficial_jenjen Every novel goes through vetting process after the novel reaches 4k. The vetting process usually takes 2-4 days. Once that process is completed, you can receive ps.
P.S Sat and Sun are not working days.
Also if you use special characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean characters; unicode formatting; certain emoji combinations) the system can often blacklist your book which prevents powerstone voting. To re establish the ability means removing the characters from your work and emailing whoever is currently in charge of the issue (it changes) requesting your book to be whitelisted again.
