I'm looking for recommendations for books like the following:

Dual Cultivation
Spirit Cultivation/Against Heavens Will
Cultivation Online
Avatar Online

There are others but I don't want to back out to look at my library and lose what I've already typed. I like Fantasy, Cultivation, Romance, Harem isn't necessary but I do like it if the Harem characters are likable, R-18 is preferred. Male Lead only for now. Bonus points for recommendations for authors who have a strong grasp of the English language and grammar, or an editor that helps them with that. I've tried looking through the highest rated lists and using the search function and am annoyed at how many people give high ratings to works that wouldn't pass a 3rd grade English class. I prefer reading, not deciphering.

Edit: No BL, please. I've tried and just can't get into them.

    SlaveOfTheLord translated are fine. I'm even a bit more forgiving of translated unless it looks like they just put it through Google and called it done. I expect translated works to have some awkwardness since certain things just don't really translate well.

I have so many in my library it's hard to remember them all. Plus other readers and bookstores make it hard. Those above are just prime examples of the kind of thing I'm looking for.
