Amylee clearing the cache solved it for me. Go to settings, clear cache.

ahnya72 okay, I assume you are on android app. Here is the step I do whenever I encounter this bug. From library, tap profile on bottom left, then settings and tap the clear cache. Go back to library, tap the affected novel. If you can only see the unlock using ss button and nothing else, go back to library, and tap the novel again. It will reset the novel reading synchronisation to chapter 1. So, go to the latest chapter using the left side chapter list, this fixed it for me. If you still affected, then you have to wait for them to fix it, sorry.
