Go back to library, tap the affected novel. If you can only see the unlock using ss button and nothing else, go back to library, and tap the novel again. It will reset the novel reading synchronisation to chapter 1. So, go to the latest chapter using the left side chapter list, this fixed it for me. If you still affected, then you have to wait for them to fix it, sorry.

ThousandHeavens inkstone is not available for phone user yet. You only have access to it (to create novel) only through PC since it's still a soft launch. I have no idea when they will fully implement it throughout all device.
