Hi! I am new writer Aki
I hope we all get along well.
I wanted to ask for tips on how can you write a novel properly. If you guys will share your thoughts I will be grateful (^▽^)
I am newbie asking for any tips
Hi I'm the author of ROTIG, to make a long novel (<1000 chap) successful follow these steps:
-Set yourself a clear goal to achieve.
-Rigor, courage and discipline
-daily publication
-make a novel that you will like
-Be the best at what you do
If you meet these conditions it will greatly increase your chance of success, if not give up.
AKI_00 Well my biggest recommendation will be to keep a glossary of every character and place in the novel and if possible add the relationship between characters in that glossary too, and keep updating it. As face it, one forgets names pretty easily if there are multiple characters.
Also, never be too limited by an ending of an arc, don't try to pursue a particular scenario in the novel if it doesn't feel natural. Most of the time while writing the product might come out different than you expected and you don't have to worry about it. Let the novel flow naturally, get in the minds of your characters, and think of what they will think and do in a scenario.
The third would be to use Grammarly for the fast editing process and save time on that.
The fourth recommendation, it's not that special. But try to reach 2 chapters per day and then find some days for rest. Don't keep writing as it might impact your quality.
Also, currently writing 2 novels myself. God of Jesters[evil/maniacal MC] and In the mind of an NPC[a side character turning into NPC]
