Okay so here's the thing. From the very first beginning I downloaded this app, I can't put my book cover. I complained to them and all the things they've told me to do, I did on the inkstone. So I gave up on the old book, One Last Wish trying to put a cover. And now, I'm about starting my new book and I still have lots of issues trying to fix the cover till date.
Please apart from using inkstone, is there no other way I can put my book cover. I end up crying a lot trying to put the book cover coz it's really frustrating. Please help

It's best to edit your book on the official website on a computer or laptop to make sure the web service can function fluently.
If you aren't seeing the image when it's ready to upload, it probably is a PNG file. Make sure the image is a JPG or JPEG file as those are the only ones allowed.
The last thing is the file must be at least 600 pixels in width and 800 pixels in height.
If you have done all of this and are still having problems please let me know. If you're in the WN discord we could probably talk it through further there.

Favyhm23 You can edit it directly through the application. The last possible reason you cannot change your book cover is that you forgot to press the save update button, possibly causing all of the covers you uploaded to fail and not be replaced.
Because I've never had a problem changing the cover of my book using Inkstone or the application, with the exception of connection issues, situations similar to yours don't come up very often for me.
If you have tried everything and are still having problems, you should contact customer service. They will either provide the same answer that I did, or maybe they will have another suggestion.

InstaMoist I did tapped the update button. But it just keeps telling me my book name has been used by someone else and I'm the only one using that name
