- Ability to heal any wound, sickness, or affliction.
- Ability to fly without physical repercussions
- Ability to turn things to gold at will(can control the power)
If I’m restricted by reality’s rules, then:
- Win $10 Million dollars legitimately(total after taxes)
- Unlimited Healthcare
- To own a mountain in the state of Washington(USA), without having to pay land taxes

For me if its reality i would go with
- Seeing the success rate from the "i can see success rate" manga
- Understanding universal knowledge and how to apply or use it
- Protection system that protects me, my family and property even against a strong country
If it was fantasy that would be
1.a skill, item or ability that grant my wishes
- Strengthening that skill, item or ability
- Remove that skill, item or ability's limitations
