Well even they want to they need to be careful cuz I heard there some rules now in Chinese about some things about BL and yuri. If they found out about it they will just delete it without even give a chance for author editing it.
There some news about Chinese author had his novel juat gone like that just because he put yuuri infraction in his novel

U know, some of bl drama couldn't even promoted their drama transparent. Sooo they did it quietly in the dark and then will suddenly appeared or airing on tv lol
And at that time it could be difficult to be banned cuz the drama already on air.
