MasterRabbink CKtalon reads these forums from time to time and yeah he is active. But I don't think he is the one that decide which novel will be put in the voting pool. He is like an administrator for forums.
As far as I know he is quite helpful since he informed me when I requested a novel that isn't from qidian.
FormerObserver Who is CKtalon and lmao even my thread got locked. I still havn't given up on our spam project, if making more threads is what gets qidian's attention then so be it!
ZeroCultivation I think he is the administrator responsible for then forum.

DazzlingGem read it quite a few times as well and read the lnmtl version twice but it was so bad that I kind of skip parts...spoiled the fun of reading but arghhhh... The updates were rather slow before it completely stopped
