With the new update webnovel has added a new feature where in your hard earned points will expire magically for no good reason whatsoever. I know you guys don’t really care about your reader except our money but is a new low blow for you guys. There is literally a hundred things you could have done better with the new update like bringing back the mission to earn exp, adding games that reader actually benefit from and not some stupid fast passes to a book that nobody wants to read, or add a game where we can earn coin and not spend them and so many other things you could have done that makes the website a little better but nooooo you guys decided to screw us over with a stupid update. Good job webnovel, good job. You have disappointed your reader yet again.

RebelKid yes, I agree this new feature is incredibly discouraging, I've lost most of my points that I have been collecting, and now I can longer get the item I was saving for.

RebelKid Gifts now reward 20 points and reading earns points every 5ish minutes. I miss exp but obtaining points is much easier

Sereinchoo yep, it’s so stupid. How are you supposed to buy an item that costs like 30k points if they keep reducing your points ? They made it so that 1 coin = 1 point . It means that even your coins aren’t sh!+ to them since you lose the points you get from spending coins .

I came back after a hiatus and saw all my points gone.

And prices are more expensive for books, and the events seem like currency grabs now.

Transitioning today to a barebones novel reader where books are free(ads w/o sub every 15 chaps), but no badges, forums, or events.

I think this app is great for authors and I hope they find success, but as a reader it’s gotten to be too much for a quick reader.
