Geraldrold I've taken a look at the raw chapters on Qidian.com, and there is no Part 1 preceding that chapter. Chapter 78 - The New Manager (Part 2). The author apparently mistitled the chapter.

So nothing was missed, just poor (no) communication from the TL Team & Webnovel.
