Every premium story should give 1 free chapter a day, no? Yet here I am 58 chapters behind and still none of them free. What's up with that?

As bachingchung said, 84 locked chapters, so wait another 26 days and it will start unlocking @ 1/day, but if you unlock any other chapters you will have to wait again.
