Qidian is Removing daily unlock for chapters
@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL have the free daily releases for locked premium novels really been removed? I’ve been checking Library of Heavens Path and The Strongest System but no new chapters hve been opened.

shitty move:( this is what everyone was affraid of when webnovels started. But they always promised 1 daily free chapter for every premium series. Afther i run out of my bought SS i'm out !
There are already a lot of webnovels that were released in private websites. I’m up to date with release the witch, night ranger and others. People would not do it if this sites are not soo greedy.

Last I heard it was because the authors wanted paywall so they earn more and didn’t know about WN policy of free unlock daily. I heard there was some sort of negotiation they’re going through? Maybe something legal they can’t talk about yet? an NDA sort of deal that they signed not to disclose information until negotiations are over? Dunno i’m giving WN the benefit of the doubt here.

On a side not I hate how the * sign is used for italics and doubling it is bold. I had to find a new sign just to signify action
Yeah to be honest guys its better now to search for the novels you read on qidian on other websites, or even use qidian underground on reddit.

MasterRabbink Well, Webnovel is hurting the customers by ignoring the questions for over a month. An official statement saying “We can’t talk about it for legal reasons.” Would help a lot, but no, total silence and ignoring any questions about it instead. Maybe tomorrow all novels will be locked behind a paywall, and the prices for SS will double. We’d just be out of luck. And with their record, it wouldn’t be that unexpected. It’s pretty abysmal.

Also spent massive SS fot re reading my locked chapters! Bullshit dog not even response this ISSUES. Wtf they have thinking for? With locked all the UNLOCKED chpters for our novels is super bad decisions. I have emailed them but only BOT's reply to submit screenshoot and etc. But what, I dont even receive a response! For fcking 2months! I sent them again same email, for 1/week.

I really hope Qidian does not go the route of locking all chapters for all books in future. This site is a wonderful platform for all avid readers to gather and enjoy exploring the works out there.

Yeah i have no problem using SS to support for orginals and even for the ones i've been following since years ago ilke when xue ying came out on the other site after getting swaped around, but tbh i've spent literaly over $300+(lost track) and if i find "another" series I like that goes premium i just cant afford it so just stuck behind paywall sometimes on new stuff.
