Can we get some kind of update with clearer rules/regulations, etc. The rules of the contest aren't very clear. Like for example, how do you win? It just says top-ranked, but top-ranked how? There are people cheating by making multiple accounts and giving themselves power stones to rise in the rank. I am really curious about this?
