UnhingedTaboo my first thought was I should go run and hide. So I guess you have successfully scared me with the synopsis. That's your intention right...?
But this synopsis is too short and leaves something to be desired, imho. Maybe you should include things like 'the bro is overprotective towards his sister' or something. General idea about this novel maybe? Emphasize the dark and psychotic vibe.

LetThereBeMagic The MC is overprotective and a giant sadist!! This is may be a giant spoiler and also the reason I haven't posted the link of the novel here, but the thing is...
The MC was reincarnated, in his previous life he was the only son of a rich family he grew up an atheist, things like reincarnation were fleeting thoughts for him, hence he cared for the life of people a lot and also became a surgeon, as their is only 1 life according to him.
He died alone at an old age of 85 in an retirement home and never married or had any children. But when he reincarnated, his believes were broken and he started thinking that people dying is not that much of a deal if they can actually get reincarnated, his personality twisted more when his mother was forced to become a prostitute by his drunk father and his little sister was born with weak legs, and although his mother cared for her son, he noticed her pain and thought to send her on the way of reincarnation a bit faster instead of her dying of illness(contracted due to her profession) the day his father thought of selling his sister.
Him being a single child of a famous doctor and a woman who always was busy in community work like feeding the poor while ignoring her own growing child, he never had anyone to love nor was he interested in it, but the only one that he felt attached to was his sister, he thought of her as his pet. Hence he cared for her a lot a lot!!
This was the basic setup of the novel!!
I thought that if I spoke it at once in the novel it would ruin the experience, hence the light synopsis and no mention of it in the novel at the beginning.
My prologue ch was going to be a 3 part-er, but I abandoned the last 2 and went on with the main story!!

I was afraid the mc is going to rape his sister and made her love him through stockholm syndrom trick. You never know what psychotic people would do. That's why I got scared.

I like a well-thought-out story and well-thought-out characters. Let's see where this goes, but please mention it in the synopsis that he is a good brother!
