I almost completed the 1st chapter for Modern Day Cinderella. Gwahahaha. This would be a short 5 chapters hopefully. I wish to be able to write like most female authors. They could describe thing poetically.

Finally. This baby Rabbink managed to try to make a female novel. Please judge my efforts!

This would be a short volume novel. Perhaps 5-7 Chapters long. My main novel is the priority for me.

This was the story of a kind and hard working idol trainee who wish for her dream comes true. In this story I avoid romance, since this was too short to build real romance. I changed the prince into her dreams. I believe modern Cinderella didn't wait for a prince charming, but wait to make her dreams come true.

I made this to challenge myself since I plan to write some arcs based on the female lead characters of my main novel, Endless Universes - Young Master Path - The 1.368th

I also decided to make it an arc of my secondary novel, Endless Universes - Phoenix Rebirth Path - The 4.325th. I plan the main character to reincarnate in every Webnovel contest. (Perhaps I might avoid fan-fiction like RTW. Maybe.)

I will avoid the chapter which connecting this short novel with the secondary novel. This novel will be a complete novel for its readers with proper ending. While it would be an arc for my secondary novel readers.

I would prefer to avoid too many gender bender tho. It made harder to reader to be connected with the MC (This rabbink is bad at this aspect.).

It seems my 2nd contest novel isn't that popular. Only 500 view at this hour. It was bellow the average 1k. I will make it shorter.

My first draft, was a Long Angeles girl from San Fransisco. I want to make it a Holywood actress but I don't know anything about acting. That acting thing made this Rabbink frustrated, I only practiced drama a bit in college. At least I love to watch reality show of Kpop. Viva BTS. Gwahahaha.

Based on my experience, this thread gives you the best opportunity to advertise, people click here from the banner. It was the top banner in the apps or website. This is why I would try to enter as many contests as possible to promote my main novel (writing for my main novel is still This Rabbink priority. I will skip if I need some chapters to my main novel.).

(PS: I have checked your novel a/2 days ago. Your title and cover are eye-catching for me. My suggestion, I think you should try to imagine people reading in a small screen. You have long paragraph. I believe you wrote it in the computer. I made the same mistake when I start. It was look nice on the word processor, but it was a wall of text in the smartphone. I play a joke on this when I edited my earlier chapters. I intentionally made another character 'forced' to add a response. Like 'The MC knew the Grandmaster needed some time to breathe after he spoke that long, so he nodded to the Grand Master.' Gwahahaha.)

I don't know about that but the idea is there. We don't know if Webnovel had different interpretation of Modern Cinderella Story. Based on my opinion, your novel is a Cinderella story. I have said above about my interpretation. It was a wide genre.

I don't follow this week power stones for participants. However I don't think this week will be as competitive since there seems to be a lack of interest in this week contest. I think some of the female writers had put their novel in the previous contest.

I don't think you should focus on the contest, since it is a bit hard. If you are win, you are lucky you get some exposure.

For this competition, you have to start as early as possible. Monday is the best day.

The highest popular for this theme should be Jai. He writes a good story in his Hanami novels. I like the way he describe things. I don't know whether he had solved the problem since he posted the novel a few minutes?/seconds? before the contest start.

I think the rest was still low in Power Stones ranking.

I only hoped there is no 'accidental' winner where a non Modern Cinderella Story participated in the contest and win. This would take WN some time to judge, I believe.
