Its a fiction historical book about samurai seeking revenge. the story is in the Edo period but there is a few things that are fictional. its not a constant fight story it goes deep into the mind of Kazuki the ML.

    Ale_Eonnie TBH, the majority of stuff on WN is trash. So I'm not super familiar with what the good FL romance stories are on WN.

    But if you don't mind buying books, I recommend Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi, Throne Of Glass by Sarah J. Maas, and if you want a romance that will emotionally hurt you: Air Awakens by Elise Kova.

    Btw, Air Awakens is quite the opposite of what you were complaining about. The FL constantly loses people and things and it honestly hurt me to read that series. That author knows the right place to stab your heart to cause the most pain, then once you think things are fine, the author twists the knife. And somehow, it's still a really good story to read.

            You can try reading The Masked Vampire King's Accidental Bride. It's 151 chapters in. Stronge female lead with hidden identities. The ml doesn't have a shitty personality despite being most powerful.
            I am myself waiting for updates, so if you are not someone who can wait for updates, it's not for you.

            Ale_Eonnie Most of the "novels" are honestly just recycled translated stuff and it's not even the good ones. I absolutely hate the idea of. someone staying with an abuser, I always tend to look ahead before reading the full thing. That said, I'm going to shamelessly suggest my own novel lol It's a couple chapters in cause I had to rewrite and take down some parts, bit of a slow burn but promise you won't regret it.
