For whatever reason I’m unlucky to have multiple Annual and Monthly subscriptions on my account. With the Annual Subscriptions you get 12 coins per day (with log-in) and with the Monthly Subscription s you get 10 coins a day (with log-in).
Unfortunately for me (& everyone on Webnovel), Monthly Subscriptions take precedence over the Annual Subscriptions, so not only have I only been getting 10 coins a week, I have not been getting the additional 12 coins a week from my other Annual Subscriptions.
When I asked Webnovel for a refund they told me to ask for it from either paypal or my credit card since they don’t give money back.
When I asked them to just give me the additional coins they owe me for my multiple subscriptions over the last year, they ghosted me in the chat log.
Don’t expect good customer service from them and you won’t be disappointed.

    No I’ve not emailed them yet, but looking back over my account it seems I’ve only been getting the 10-Coin-a-Day for over 2 years now.
    I log in almost every day since opening my account as I’m an avid reader and enjoy the variety of publications on this site. This coin fiasco is an over-site that entirely my fault; I should have caught on to it a lot sooner.
    I will try emailing them but at this point my expectations are nil.
    Thank-you for your response and suggestion and for bringing your writings to us on this site. After-all the way they run their business is not the fault of the Author’s!

      Customer Service had no interest in reimbursement and just told me to cancel the Monthly Subscription (which Web Novel automatically defaults as the primary subscription) so that the Yearly Subscription will be honored. I had to wait a month for it to fall off (since there was nothing they could do about it) so that Yearly Subscription would take effect. BTW they run concurrently, so there’s no backdating it either.
