Unable to access/unlock any locked chapters.

Customer Service had no interest in reimbursement and just told me to cancel the Monthly Subscription (which Web Novel automatically defaults as the primary subscription) so that the Yearly Subscription will be honored. I had to wait a month for it to fall off (since there was nothing they could do about it) so that Yearly Subscription would take effect. BTW they run concurrently, so there’s no backdating it either.The same thing happened to me as well.
My Favorites was reloaded and I lost quite a few stories. I also lost unlocked chapters on some stories and now they’re locked again.This App is quickly getting worse and worse.

No I’ve not emailed them yet, but looking back over my account it seems I’ve only been getting the 10-Coin-a-Day for over 2 years now.
I log in almost every day since opening my account as I’m an avid reader and enjoy the variety of publications on this site. This coin fiasco is an over-site that entirely my fault; I should have caught on to it a lot sooner.
I will try emailing them but at this point my expectations are nil.

For whatever reason I’m unlucky to have multiple Annual and Monthly subscriptions on my account. With the Annual Subscriptions you get 12 coins per day (with log-in) and with the Monthly Subscription s you get 10 coins a day (with log-in).
Unfortunately for me (& everyone on Webnovel), Monthly Subscriptions take precedence over the Annual Subscriptions, so not only have I only been getting 10 coins a week, I have not been getting the additional 12 coins a week from my other Annual Subscriptions.
When I asked Webnovel for a refund they told me to ask for it from either paypal or my credit card since they don’t give money back.
When I asked them to just give me the additional coins they owe me for my multiple subscriptions over the last year, they ghosted me in the chat log.
Don’t expect good customer service from them and you won’t be disappointed.Comic Baby, punk kid won’t advance to chapter 7

I agree with everyone here. This app used to be my favorite but now it looks like I’ll be spending more time on other apps because I read so much. They’ve just made this more difficult for those of us who love to read a lot. So sad. They’re loosing dedicated customers because of their greed. Looks like I’ll now be logging in every day, just to accumulate a fast pass so that I can read a couple of chapters a week. Not worth it.

I purchased chapters of comic Fiery Boss, Control Yourself! and now they’re locked again and I get an error message when I try to unlock them. They won’t unlock. Please fix this issue with this comic and give me back my unlocked chapters! I was almost done reading this and it’s 100 chapters!

Romantic Cure For Gynophobia S2 will not let you advance past chapter 13. When you try to buy chapters it gives a server error message: -126004
Really not impressed with this last app update & wish I could role it back.ONS: Pregnant with CEO Baby does not give you access to the chapters you buy when you pay for the advanced chapters. Right now I’ve paid for 16 chapters and read only 1 when it shows available chapters up to 191 and I’m stuck at 172. This needs to be corrected. I’m not the only one who’s been cheated by this novel.
I used to be able to delete my comments, both paragraph comments and reviews; however, now I can’t. Did the process for deleting comments change or are we no longer allowed to delete comments at all? There is no longer the three dots at the upper right hand side of my comments screen.
I figured it out there’s actually something wrong with the story I was reading. All the comments that are posted on it are about four paragraphs off from where they were originally posted and no new comments can be posted on it at all. Oh well!
Why am I no longer allowed to delete or edit my own comments with this new version of Webnovel?

I’m reading my story on web novel on my iphone 8x and go to make a comment by holding down the paragraph section and the comment option shows up and I select it and then nothing happens. It brings me back to the section I’m reading. Why? Is there a comment limit?
Along the same lines but for IPhone, I’m unable to attach my own gif’s in Comments. Why? I can only use the gif’s available within the Ap. Is this normal?
