In chapter 25 it was mentioned the ranking as heaven earth black yellow, but from the chapter 38 I feel like black is higher than earth, also in ine chapter (don't recall exactly but it should be the one when he was invited to take the advancement test) it is said the guy who our mc kills is a strong earth guy who could advance to black after he advanced to rank 5 and so should be black after Earth but in some other chapters like the chapter 40 it feels like it should be earth after black and not the opp and sobone of them is wrong idk which as I don't read the raw, so please rectify ..... @CKtalon idk how to contact the translator of UMG so tagging our very own fav cktalon, please inform them about it if can :)

        Hi rahul, the rankings are as follows, heaven > earth > black > yellow. I know you feel confused about that part in chapter 38, don't worry, i'm confused too! I double checked the raws, but that's how it is written too. I think author made a mistake, like maybe black rank were the ones with connections, and true elites are earth and above. I believe that I translated as per the raws back then because I didn't feel comfortable with altering the raws, but now... hmm.
        As for the advancement test part, I think I know what you're talking about. Are you thinking that to advance to Earth rank, they should take the Earth rank advancement test instead of black rank advancement test?
        Here's how to look at it, to advance to university, you, who are currently in highschool, have to pass the final test in highschool first, to qualify for university. So think of it like a graduating from your current rank test.
        As for that segment in chap 38, thanks for highlighting it, I'll change it to my opinion of how it should be, and leave a TL note at the bottom.

          celefoata_ RegiusProfessor isn't the stacked 1st wave twice his power and 2nd wave 4 times his power, and so shouldn't the third wave be 8 times his power? But why did he use 4th wave and only 8 times his power in chapter 44?
          Edit - NVM got it in chapter 45 it isn't double with every wave so it isn't as how I thought but it is double the current wave, so if 8th wave then 16 times power
          Edit again ... - in chapter 56 you mentioned about the wave and stuff but then according to that shouldn't the 8th wave be 32 times and not 16 times as mentioned in around chapter 45? Also it still consistent as 1st wave is 1x2= 2 times and 2nd wave is 2x2= 4 times but the 4th wave is 4x4= 16 times and 8th wave is 8x4= 32 times .... So dafuq?

                          2nd wave = 2x2 = 4
