Looking for a novel that will meet a certain couple requirements
If the mc is an eternal virgin then don't mention another new world breaking beauty each damned chapter with most of them falling in love with mc.
I am fine with op mc but have some decency! This one is vague but just as long as the author doesn't go waaay overboard.
It can't be a novel that revolves around praising the mc, again I get that this is a thing with Korean and Chinese novels so I just hope for tolerable levels and not the kind where mc says "To win we must win!" and then the surrounding people start losing their heads over how super special awesome the mc is.
Not too repetitive, I get that some thing would repeat in a story but a lot of the novels just repeat the "Mc starts training, mc meets villain, mc is weaker, mc wins against all odds and awes everyone, boss of new place, mc gets stronger and leaves the place, meets new people, meets new villain annnd repeat" .
Male mc.
Preferably non eternal virgin mc, not a must but a huge plus.
I love the rpg and apocalyptic thematic but it is not a must at all.
All in all I am just looking for a decent non over the top story.
Doesn't matter if it is on this site or elsewhere, if it exists I will find it.

Gosh! Even Harry Potter, LoTR, Game of Throne (the novel one) are like this. This just the author managed to wrap them in a good setting. Even every legendary manga, Naruto, Dragon Ball, or One Piece like that.

Only Detective Conan (I don't know English name) and Doraemon don't.

I would suggest classic mystery novel. They didn't repetitive.

If you are willing to break away from a male mc, my novel has a female mc who starts off weak and will eventually become strong. It is an action, romance though. It has some adult themes like war, rape, and sex. There are men that like her, but some don't as well. While my mc is a woman, the story also focuses on the men in her life. I say it is a woman mc because it follows her and the men die or are lost along the way. It is set in a fantasy world with mythological beasts and sword and magic fighting. I generally try to have fighting or action at least once per week.
