  • Hello! ヾ(^-^)ノ

My name is Ari, and I am a new writer on Webnovel!

Having worked on my novel, I realize that google docs reaaaalllyyyy isn't cutting it for my grammar. I often comma splice, and I don't want that to impact my writing. Y'know?

What programs do you work with that you find to be best when it comes to editing? I know grammarly is a good one, but it is very limited in its capabilities. So I am looking to find one that I can really hammer in the commas and periods!

    Thanks!!

  • chery_cabral Hello! Thanks for the review, looking back at it, I see a lot of commas. That is just how I typically write. I tend to sound things out how I would perceive they are spoken, if that makes sense. Looking at my topic above, it is clear that I love my commas. Lol. Thanks again. ^^

    • Going to drop my little novel here (it is early with editing and in the works). Updates every other Sunday at 12:00 am (00:00) est!

Little summary: Evangeline is a mystery to those that met her. With no knowledge of her past and uncertainty in her near future, she knows there is one thing she must do… protect the princess.

Assigned to protect princess Anastasia of the Collasla Kingdom, the two set forth on a long journey when the princess is thrust into an arranged marriage with Prince Philip of the Ambrose Kingdom. The ultimate goal is to bring peace to the two, feuding families.

However, Evangeline is suspicious about the princess’s soon to be husband. Follow the tale of Evangeline as she is on the hunt to regain her memories and protect the princess from the ominous prince.

      • Hi!

I am new to Webnovel, but I have been on tapas for some time now. I see this thing for "review swaps", and I find them to be fascinating. I only have posted my prologue and episode one for my novel as I plan on building a buffer as I continue to write it. I am 42k words in my novel with long(ash) chapters, so spacing chapters isn't easy.

Long story short: My novel will be relatively easy to review.
However, I am looking to dive into some stories about fantasy. I really love fantasy stories, the whole nine yards (though isekai isn't a particular favorite), but I am willing to try just about anything (that isn't sexist, racist, homophobic, etc).

If your novel is LGBTQ+, that is an even better bonus. I will leave my link below, but I really want to dive into a good fantasy novel. Please leave it below, and I will be sure to take a peek. I don't know how honest folks are on the reviews on here, so I hope to not be rude or anything but honest.
