Generally I like less/non-OP mc's. I care more about the writing than the MC's strength though. I think OP MC's often get away with being poorly written, the exceptions being novels like ultimate scheming-which is essentially a gag novel and emperor's domination which is not only insanely well written with arcs that go full circle, but with a good justification for the MCs abilities.

In terms of fiction I hate flakey inconsistent MCs who don't grow, for example if anyone has had the misfortune of reading ancient strengthening technique (the only novel I've ever dropped) it's where the mc engages this cycle of thinking with his dick, getting in trouble for it, and doing some seemingly cool stuff to get out of it- before immediately making the same mistakes. I also hate characters involved in stupid and unnecessary romances, but that's mostly cause I'm not a fan of the romance genre and more often than not romance is overdone.
Far as people go, I hate people that act nice to your face but will put a dagger in your back first opportunity, or those that are overly concerned about petty issues. I also tend to hate people that are inflexible in their thoughts or who do despicable things but act like saints.
