Despite it has villainous protagonists, set in a dystopic grimdark world, it also has 'enormous cast of characters' strong, well-rounded and complex from different factions, different morality spectrum, different point of view. So, if you want to experience an all new wave of gritty story, 'The Blacklight' series is your book. Regardless it has some real disturbing, sexual content which I’ll leave for you to explore in the book. Brutal, dark, sinister, terrifying in its violence and yet savagely funny in the way human life is disregarded— this dark fantasy novel series is one helluva romp into the raw and rugged heartland. MyRedeemerLives Yeah. The Mc is a Byronic Hero if you know that archetype. And he has lot of enemies, mostly heroics. Setting is grimdark/dystopian world theme. You'll see.

The Mc started as good or somewhat neutral, slowly become evil as the story goes by. A villain whose morally reprehensible actions (however well-intentioned) are in no way glossed over or justified within the context of the story. We are seeing the story from a villain's point of view. Apart from the Protagonist, there are several villains/Anti-heroes type characters all over. The story still ongoing, writing by me as first time writer but it's worth your time if you really into the Villain Protagonists, like me.
