I want to join the filipino writing contest #15, but whenever I try to join it says my book doesn't match the contest. I think it happens when I pick a type of book (novel or fan-fic) it automatically removes me from the contest

Based on what I saw whenever I chose the type of book I'm gonna write (either novel or fan-fic) it immediately removes me from the contest. How can I fix that?
