What the hell is the point of having a email address to contact the website for issues with SS, if no one is ever going to reply or divulge information on when and how it will be fixed?

Hi I bought spirit stones a while ago, then they all disappeared. I already sent info to email address in the help/contact section with id number and copy of reciept from purchase but no one is responding to my questions.
I lost all my spirit stobes I'd payed for, no one is responding to me from the website. I really don't want to go through the trouble of calling my cc company and asking for a refund, so any info on what is going on would be appreciated.
