it's some sort of a free chapter..if you write a chapter and place it as an auxiliary chapter..no matter the number of words you wrote as long as it is an auxiliary chapter it won't count to the total number of words you've wrote..
Normally most authors use this to describe the world building of a novel and the auxiliary chapter are always at the top of all chapters even if you wrote it when you have other chapters..it would still find it's way to the topRomanceFanatic028 sorry savvy...I got carried away.Good luck with your novel and keep it in mind..am not a guy
