Hohoho....from the start it's already illogical. With enemies surrounding her/him, why she/he has time to check the gun loaded or not. if there's spare clip, I will immediately replace the old clip and insert the full clip since the enemy will not give me time to reload my weapon. I only check the bullet if there's no spare clips and every bullet is precious and if possible I will make it one bullet for one enemy :)

But if you write mythical creatures that will include dragon, wyvern, basilik, behemot etc, or if those creatures there is dangerous, you can write it as ferocious beasts

Change the cover for God sake, and please put the title on the bottom side coz if you put a long title at the upper side the cover, the 'original' text will block some of the title characters.
second, if you use some medical terms, you should also put additional information about that term with the common language. Not everyone willing to open google to search what it's mean
