Personally, I would suggest don't waste your time. I recently been getting notification "The AUTHOR deleted your review".
I laughed at that, soon everyone will have 4.9 score of reviews (like the score right now is not bad enough as it does not represent anything really).
Now authors can delete reviews if they want to? Some of my reviews were not to the benefit of the novel but none were meaningless so I found it funny they can delete any review they want.

Maybe not the best but one of the first novels I ever read. Ar there no fanfiction for this? (some system reincarnation?).
None on this website that I could find, mind you I can only search titles and not content or even synopsis (I think).

We see too often garbage reviews or pure spam. People that read a few chapters and think they know the entire novel, the most annoying thing is when they get a lot of likes for some reason or other, especially when novels do change, get edited, get better over time but the reviews remain.
We already have the option to comment on reviews, report them if it's obvious spam and liking them.
I suggest we had a button to mark the review as irrelevant, much like dislike or a review of a review.
This option will change the location of the review it will just tell people to take it with a grain of salt and possibly ready the comments of the review for more details.

For example, I just completed a novel of 140+ chapters. The novel improved over time and changed much from the original synopsis but yet the top review is from a reader with 0 chapters (probably not accurate but from the review it is obvious he did not read past the first arch which is rather short).

This may not be the best option but reviews are currently not very useful.
