Probably because they can have more fun in human form :P They usually retain their strength even in human form, so it can't be considered the same as the pathetic weak humans, I think.

MasterRabbink dear Rabbink... Imagine working in a low paying job for a billion years. Imagine experiencing wives/husbands pass away one after another. When you are immortal, what use is profit and money.
bachingchung yeah, I don't actually mind if I had to watch an ad to unlock every chapter. But if a paywall is put up then forget it. I'll definitely need to migrate to ebook libraries or other sites :( too bad since I like the daily light readings of the webnovels. Maybe it's time to move on...
