Finally, I decided to check the forum (and the wpcs) after so long...
The deadline is only for the contest. You can continue to write it even after it ended, like a regular web novel.
Hmm, I can only recommend this one novel that is of course the novel that I wrote, and I hope this one will be to your liking.
UwU
Thank you in advance.
(´-`)ノ
killermniko Lol, I will review it. I didn't abandon it. It's only been a few days. I'll get to yours eventually, as I also have the stuff to do in IRL.
BAJJ Well, I can compromise with that, and since you're the sixth person then I will no longer accept any other requests for reviews!
Yay (for me)
I may take some time though to review, but hopefully, by this weekend, I'll get to your novel. :D
killermniko If you want to review, then I'll be more than happy! :D
But if you don't want, then that's fine too.
redron1028 I'll read your novel's by today and give a review on the spot too. :D
redron1028 of course, post your novel's link. Your novel must be within 20 chapters though.
Immovable087 The heck. 100 chaps. lol
But since you posted on October 20, I'll make an exception in your case. -_-
Still, I'll read only until 20 chapters and give you my feedback in the review.
Immovable087 What's your novel's link?
I'll make detailed reviews with constructive criticisms in it for new authors!
But I'll only take the FIRST SIX requests for review and I'll ignore any other requests for reviews after that.
The only requirement is that the authors' novels should not exceed 20 chapters. This is my way of confirming whether or not they are new authors and whatnot.
The reviews I'll give will be all five stars, but be warned that my way of conveying my criticisms can be taken as offensive sometimes. But I mean well, so don't worry! Just a heads-up though.
Don't forget to post your novel's link as well.
And, that's it.
Oh, as a side note, if you have time, please check a friend's novel here. Thanks in advance!
Click this novel link thingy! Duh!
Lukis_Aurelius Your processes are quite like mine. But I basically store the story's ending, an arc's overall flow and progress, and the future volumes in my head.
In the current arc of my story, I have a basic idea of how it will end, and the resolution and what not.
Chapter Outline:
- I write a few points of what is entailed inside it and tried to follow those points (sometimes as I write the chapter, I make any changes on the fly.)
Volume Outline:
-Nah, in my head. I'm much more of a fantasizer (is that a word?) you could say.
Story Outline:
-In ma head.
; As for world-building, characters, and such, I kept a very simple document in my google drive about it. After an arc ends, I put up a document and summarized what happened. Any important characters for future arcs will be noted.
Here you go, bro. Imperial_Crest
That's true. Authors are sometimes bounded by the trends that a lack of imagination thereof is ruining their novels; in what seems to be an attempt to just get popular without actually enjoying what they're writing.
You can check mine if you want since I basically just went off into an uncharted route that most authors here don't.

Scroll down!
The number you see now is the correct no. of collection.
Scroll down and check previous discussions...
Er . . . I don't know how to say this. But, your very question has been answered in one earlier discussion. I suggest you scroll down. But, let me just tell you why .
It has been somewhat confirmed that the collection number for the graph is the correct number (not the upper one next to views.)
It has been fixed today, and both collection number is the same (with a bit + -) So, the collection number you see in inkstone now, is the correct overall number of people putting your novel in their library.
Hope this clear things out.
Dontlookdown You can add more later on as the story progresses. There's no need to think up everything from the get-go. Your readers just need to get the gist of it. The powers in that world (if it has that), the kingdoms (you can even just put your story in just one kingdom if you don't want to think too much about it, and etc.
You can read some kingdom-building novels to get more ideas or do some research.
