Synopsis: In this medieval world special people can use light for combat. These light users are always granted a ‘primary’ ability which all vary widely from absorbing others energy, to explosions, to strings of light.

The protagonist: Elaina, must go through a variety of missions being in a faction known as the “Shining light” along with her friends. The 4 factions are all competing to have the most power and resources and while she must stop the other factions, she also may have to confront her own.
