November 2018 PH Fan Meeting

Update as of Nov. 11:

1. Registration / Invitation
   There will be first 200 valid confirmed attendees that will receive their invitation on Nov. 17 (next Saturday).
   No invitation No entry
   Minors, you need to say if you have any guardian or parent with you on the event. We cannot guarantee that they will be allowed on the venue if they are not on the list.

2. Seating arrangement
   Panelists and invited authors will have their seats near the front.
   The rest will have their seats on first come first serve basis.
   Do not reserved an unnecessary spaces.
   Want to be part of the invited authors? Contact Dana.

3. Event Badge
   No Attendance No badge (Simple as that)

4. Ticket price
   It's free and already stated at the form. Stop asking for the obvious thing.

5. Live Streaming
   If you can't come, there will be live streaming on Facebook on the day of the event. It might be exclusive to the Webnovel official FB group and PH FB group.

6. Dress code
   Casual but do not wear shorts or sandos or slippers. Please.
