    But it's the latest work from TMA's author (TMA is the 2nd, LotM is the 5th), so you could expect rich world-building, distinct characters, a logical plot, and more

    Like TMA, the story pace is a bit slow at the beginning, but I'd suggest you finish the first volume (till chap213) to truly taste it.

      But I do agree with your point, since DW is also the only novel here with female MC and no romance afaik.

      However, one reason is probably that these kinds of novels tend to get translated cause they suit the taste of the readers here, which is clearly demonstrated by the rankings.
