What happened to the addition of Korean novels to Webnovel? Even the notification has disappeared. Does this mean that those novels won't be published?

What's with the limit on Points farming. I read for 3 hours a day on average and now I'm not earning points for almost half that time.
I've waited for 3 days and still haven't received my badge.
