So, I'm a newbie, and I want to create novels, but I have a few questions.
1.) How often are contests held for new writers to get their stuff out there?
2.) Does the story have to revolve around Chinese culture?
3.) Is it hard to become successful if you are new and you aren't known around the site at all?
