First of all, if writing is your hobby or you are writing something you wanted to write for a very long don't change anything keep going and you will eventually get readers. Now, if you want someone to read your book daily comment on it or you are hoping to be a full-time writer or get a contract then only follow this.
First of all your synopsis is very vague. It does add mystery to the plot don't get me wrong but this should be a little revealing, a little unique that makes the reader click on your novel. That is missing in your work.
Second of all too many characters are introduced so soon. If the reader is not hooked at the first 2 chapters he will have a problem staying or reading your novel.
Third your plot is very generic and you need to make it unique someway somehow.
Whatever I have said is my personal opinion, and only pay heed to this if you are actually writing for the sake of becoming a full-time writer or something if it's just a hobby, then keep writing how you want to write.btw how did you get the custom cover?

Hi, I agree with most of the things you say, I started writing fanfiction recently. It is really hard to convey your imagination even with an already-built world.I am currently writing a Naruto fanfiction in which the MC gets transmigrated to the third shinobi war timeline(basically when Kakashi was born) with the Karma seal.
