I have look that and some R-18 Novel has blacklist for your country. Now, I have tell the Service Center of Webnovel for fix it. In my country (Indonesian) now we can't find global novels using PC Site, but I don't know with Mobile App or Mobile Site.
Just wait the Webnovel's guys has fix this problem
