dapenggaofei I think @Unruly_Phoenix's problem was that he couldn't see the pop-up at all.

Neverfire7 I see, In PC/Mobile site, we implemented a popup form for easy reading. It's a bit complicated for app to implement it. I will take this issue to our app developers. Thanks for your help :) and thanks for your feedback @Unruly_Phoenix

ryuxenji Allow me to facedesk first.
Right. Now that that's done, apologies @Unruly_Phoenix for my misunderstanding. I feel very stupid now.
I tried to look into this matter myself, using chapter 227:
- Safari Version 11.1 (13605.1.33.1.2) [Desktop] allowed me to see the footnotes in their popup form.
- Firefox Quantam 60.0.1 (64-bit) [Desktop & App] allowed me to see the footnotes in their popup form.
- Google Chrome Version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit) [Desktop & App] allowed me to see the footnotes in their popup form.
- Webnovel Version 2.7.1 [App] allowed me to see the footnotes as notes at the end of the chapter.
These were all tested with adblockers disabled and without any ad-skipping scripts.

Neverfire7 He/she isn't talking about translator thoughts, I think. They are probably talking about footnotes, probably, since they have recently been asking questions in the comment section which have already been answered in the footnotes. Could be a browser issue, as such, since only web browsers format footnotes as pop-up boxes that might not show up for them.
@Unruly_Phoenix Please include more info, as in which platform you're reading on. If it's a web browser, include the name of the browser and the version number.
