CCmei 🤣🤣 come to my place and I’ll teach you how to brew proper tea 😬😉 I’m into Japanese tea ceremony, you wouldn’t want to spill a good quality matcha 🙃

ihateyounot What is “figurative” tea? 🤔 My friend just got back from Japan and she brought me matcha ViA and cookies set from sbux. Not a huge fan of this matcha VIA but I appreciate her kind gesture. Haha Sakura season has started in Japan, looks like I won’t be able to see cherry blossoms this year 😭😭 Ugh, I want my sakura mochi.. can someone send some for me please? 😛😛

ihateyounot Aaaawww, I want to try! Can you describe the earl grey macaroons flavour? I have to stay at home because of the covid virus shenanigans, so I decided to spend most of my time in the kitchen developing new recipes. Hehe

Cantiara I still remember when I visited traditional market in South Korea, I bought one huge plastic bag of chrysanthemums tea. 🤣🤣🤣

Cantiara One of the finest tea in the world, can you show me the tea buds? I’m curious, I never tried this brand before.

CCmei Eh, i know this tea, I saw some during my trip to japan. Cute packaging but I was afraid to try since I’m not familiar with the brand. My intuition was right then 🤣🤣🤣

Gourmet_DAO Road between Delhi and Agra? Did you visit Taj Mahal? 🤔 I create my own tea blend just for fun, usually I have some store bought staple, for example: matcha powder, English breakfast, earl grey (or other similar flavour like lady grey), good quality green tea (currently I have longjing, sencha and little bit biluochun i stole from my Oma 😬), some teas from Lupicia (momo oolong and strawberry champagne), milk tea powder and some chai blend from my fav Australian company. I have to admit, I need to update my stock ASAP 😅

Gourmet_DAO Indian chai? I love that tea! But I prefer to brew my own cause when you buy outside (well, unless you buy it in India) I feel the spices not strong enough for my liking. Plus they add lots of sugar 😓 meat and fruit combo? Interesting..

Gourmet_DAO we are two peas in one pod! I also don’t like to add sugar unless it’s milk tea (the one with jelly and pearls) or matcha frappe from sbux. Hehe at most I’ll add honey. Today I made dorayaki, I need to finish my matcha ASAP so it’s a nice combo. 😊😊

            • Cantiara Well, I need to do some research to make sure the story make sense. I still have a lot to learn tho.. Haha I only uploaded two chapters here, still stockpiling next chapters before I update my story. I’ll let you know. I’m also a sucker for military Fl/Ml, too bad I won’t be able to date Chinese soldier in real life,eh? 🤣😬

              • Cantiara Yes, they have Aussie permanent residency tho. Female lead’s paternal family also in the military tho her dad works in business. So I reckon Fl and Ml relationship is feasible. thank you cantiara!

                • This is a research question related to my novel. Is it possible for a foreigner to date or marry a member of Chinese armed forces? My female lead was born in China but when she was two years old both of her parents passed away. A family member brought her to Australia and raised her there. The Male lead currently a leader of army special forces. They meet accidentally during one of the male lead mission. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! 😊

                  • I’m reading Chu Chaoyang story now. Geez, I think one of the requirements to become a member of the great families is have thick skin and being shameless is hereditary 🤣😬

                    • Brian_Fisher Yea, I read the raw version until 2/3 part of the book. Didn’t expect that it was only a dream 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Fortunately, Qiao nan and Zhai sheng still have chance to be together tho they’re a bit older, plus they still have the triplets 😬

Gourmet_DAO Not a talent, I just follow some recipes. Or use ready made tea blend as a guideline. Strawberry tea sounds interesting, few years ago, I found strawberry tea from japan that tasted like strawberry shortcake. Very fragrant with a hint of sweetness. Do you add sugar when you drink tea?
