I had problems the other week with new chapters not available, now can't access any chapters at all??- In Membership

When I signed up, there was something about 310 bonus coins a month.
Just double checked, and even the membership link still has the 10 coins daily claim.

I got it, as figured why not, I'd be getting that monthly anyway, but I've only gotten the daily coins once Embarassingly I was reading a novel, but mustn't have saved it to any list before closing app... any help would be great.
I am pretty sure it was finished at 200 chaps, and it was authors 1st book.The heroine was an orphan, being taken advantage of by uncle n cousin, (n cousins man, who she thought was hers) she was chased by an assassin, fished put of the sea by ML who was previously feeding the fishes with spies.
