I've made a purchase yesterday and did not get my SS.
I've reached out to service@webnovel but they are asking me to get a refund from apple.
They've told me to do it twice - but it's not the solution I want.
I do not want a refund but I just want my spirit stones!

Will this happen every time we purchase?

Why is service@webnovel asking me get a refund from Apple?
I have already provided them with the receipt and the necessary details per Webnovel Help Center in the hopes of getting the Spirit Stones I have ordered. But I have gotten this reply:
If you still haven't received the Spirit Stones，please contact Apple customer service to apply for a refund.
If they refuse to refund，please provide the following information to us
1.the screenshot of the email to prove that they will not give you the refund
2.the screenshot of App store invoice to us. （If you have not received your payment voucher, please contact the corresponding payment platform.）

I do not want a refund - I just want my spirit stones.
Also I am wondering - will this happen every time I purchase spirit stones?

Exactly! it's useless to ask a refund from Apple since they have provided the receipt of the purchase already. :(
I am not sure what is happening because there has been no problems with purchasing SS in the past.

I purchased SS yesterday but I still haven't gotten them.
At first I thought it was because it was Pending on Apple but I've already got my receipt for the purchase but still no spirit stones.
I've contacted service@webnovel but they told me to get a refund from Apple.
I don't want a refund but I want spirit stones please so I can read.
This is not my first time purchasing so I am wondering what happened? It's a little bit frustrating :(
