Hey, so I've been reading webnovels and novels in general for years, and I have to get this question off my chest: why do so few original novels on Webnovel/Quindan actually use Grammarly or some other type of grammar checker (the ones that come to mind are Quilbot or ProWritingAid)? I've commented on a couple authors' works and have tried nudging them towards actually improving their writing, but I have seen very few actually take what would likely only be between 3-5 minutes to greatly improve their books.
So, my main question is simply this: why? Why do so few authors take that extra little step to actually improve the reading experience and the book they are writing? Am I in the wrong for pointing out these flaws because I'm really starting to feel like a dick for constantly recommending people use grammar checkers?
