Still waiting for the refund on the subscription that you charged to Google. It's been over a week since it was charged. Which was apparently after to posted this stating it was cancelled. Of course not sending out a notice to anyone. So for all those payments you got from Google pay subscribers all we have to show for it is locked chapter and you wanting more.money to unlock them again

So when are.we.getting our.money back. Cause this whole thing seems to be about money and the lack of it. So now we have to wait for you to give it back. Seriously a screwed up system your running.

When are we supposed to get our refunds for the subscriptions that were dropped?

So you failed to notify the people that purchased the subscription and still collected the payment. Now we have to wait for you to refund the money taken while we no longer have any access without paying more money for SS to read something that we have paid for and you have collected for.

I personnaly enjoyed the elite membership and picked it up as soon as I saw it was available. Prior to that I had to drop many of the novel due to the outrageous cost.for the novels to unlock a chapter. I understand the desire to pay an author for the work they complete. But let's be realistic about the cost. A normal hardback book set of a 4 book series would cost 10 to 25 per book. Or if you buy a complete set 50 to 60. What your charging for SS to unlock 10 to 20 chapter is more then an entire book series.

Due to the fact the books here are ongoing with individual released chapter I can handle and understand the cost of a membership that is 25 a month. But dropping that completely without even a notice and announcing your going back to SS locked chapters is.very disturbing to the point I am not sure if it's worth staying with the app at all.

Providing you rethink your actual customer base and bring back the subscription would be a determining factor as with canceling service without notification and dropping it stating that it's the author's that need more money has shown which you value. That would not be us. The end user.thats paying for the service.
