Disperson yeah, their going for the epub way of trying to make money, if you what to get a real heads up and how bed qi and even gt has acted, you should join www,novelupdates.com ( its good for all novel info and also for finding new non-qi books) and look at the huge forums posts and the lies and bs that's happened over the last 3 yrs,
also, we did the 1-star google vote thing before and qi removed the app and as they are based in China used their own servers, they even had to change FB pages 3 times due to the comments left, as they never speak to us the reader, they just think they can control us
also the reason they only own 90% of gt is this gt host non-qi novel's and if as they had planned in buying it all they'd have lost those, they almost did about 8mths ago until ma new deal was done ...
as I said read up on novelupdates and you find a lot of things you never knew about

VexationPrince you seem to think qi care ..but they don't in anyway ..in the post above I linked a database site ie novelupdates , just read the p[osts in their and you understand this is the common standard way of qi's dealing with stuff

Anyone here can read these premium novels on “mirror” (pirate) websites, which I won’t link here because I don’t support them and I don’t want to give them more clicks and ad revenue. But I’m not ashamed to say I’ve been reading Webnovel’s premium novels on Reddit (r/QidianUnderground). I still give my daily free stones to support the novels I like, but since I can’t pay for them all, I shamelessly read most of them on reddit.

If only i could afford those premium i would definately buy each and everyone of those chapters but forcing us to buy chapters made me drop lot of good novels. There are many aggregator websites out there, and if you take one down, another one goes up. Besides, I don’t support them and, in fact, I will actually be happy that they are taken down. I hate that they steal other’s works that are available for free in translators websites and then they try to make money with ads. I know, I’m a hypocrite. We do get about 25-30 free SS every time we check in, and a chapter only costs 3-7 SS depending on length of chapter...plus free chapters are release everyday slowly...though I preferred when they used ads or SS instead of just SS.

And yeah, you can only beat piracy by providing something more. Anime streaming industry is the same, they mostly have shit service and nothing innovative. Sites like Crunchyroll is quite honestly worse than the best aggregator sites. The aggregator sites literally have better service, so it's no wonder they are doing good as they are also free...

Disperson You really think they care? People are still voting the novels highly. Library of Heaven's Path is still ranked the highest. People are voting them and those willing to pay to read aren't dependant on the daily release, and probably don't even know it was stopped. And as long as they are making money, why would qidian even care about those unwilling to pay or who leaves?

kulmai Daily free SS has always expired after 30 days ever since the expiration system was introduced. The 120 day expiration is for the bonus stones you get when purchasing SS.

Duh!

1.) They removed ad-block because a single person can still possibly read many novels. 2.) They Implemented a free SS system which at best you can use to follow two premium novels but basically just one, guess why their user base increased?
3.) Now they have removed daily free chapters as well

I do like the app because its convenient. But Qidian... Is Qidian, so I pray they Qidian themselves and their whole bloodline horribly and painfully Qidians over and they get Qidianed up their gluteus maximus with acid for lube and pineapples as filler in Qidian for eternity
