Hi, I am RebirthDao, Author of — Rebirth of the system creator.
I am 20 years old and a college student living in India. I wake up 8:00 am, go to the college from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm ist.

After that i reach home around half an gour later and take rest. From 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm I work at my shop. And then I go back to sleep.

By now i have written 27 chapters but its too damn hard to create some time to write leisurely.

Any suggestions?

preferably— Authors who have written atleast 30 chapters. And ofcourse a honorable comment of the self proclaimed master— @MasterRabbink

Binge write chapters during your long free time (i.e. weekends or holidays). Do not mind the if its really bad or something, just write as much as you can. After that, edit it during those smaller free time, like after your schooling or something. You'll have a faster release rate.

If you're working, on the other hand. It would be an entirely different story XD

Broughtwaorld2 Master is not self proclaimed I proclaim him master, also just write bits and pieces when you have free time, and store those chapters, when you have the appropriate amount then publish said chapters. Just a suggestion. :)

Broughtwaorld2 Self Proclaimed Master? This Rabbink is the self-proclaimed Baby 'Grandpa'. The crazy writers are people who made more than 1 novel.

        • OmnipotentDad (He is freaking crazy, many novels, many chapters, and long chapters).

        • Demi (another crazy writer with many great novels).

        • Seion (so 'cultured' novels at crazy rate).

Those three are the crazy. There might be other, but I haven't checked. KillerHemboy also would soon enter that crazy list with 2 novels on top Rank with constant update. I don't know with the contract. Is it for 2 novels? That would be crazy.

I work in the morning till night. Mostly just doing management so I could active here in the forum. Being a self-boss had its perks. (Master Rabbink's Spamming Service is here. Joke.) (Advertising Rabbink mode on).

Writing is after work hours or 17.00/18.00 depending on the sales team. 1~3 hour for editing chapters, usually 2 hours minimum lately, I lack description and editing made me wanted to add those detail and 3~4 hours for writing a chapter. I reduced my chapter from 3.500 words into 2.500 now. So it is faster. One day I will reduce it to 1.500 so I could focus on 'quality' than 'quantity'. Often detailing is forgotten when I aim for speed which I try to add during 'editing'. 1.500 words is not that hard with the filler here and there. Gwahahaha.

My suggestion is to write 1.000 words long, you will edit it into 1.500 after you add 'detailing'. Daily isn't impossible with just 1.500 words long.

For now, I don't have leisure time. Gwahahaha. (Sob. Sob. Sob. It is end of month for warehouse opname and administrative finance.) I still haven't read many novels. I haven't checked WDQK, and many more for ages. I only read few novels daily, some weekly, the rest only when I remembered.

This Rabbink still had backlog of chapters. Normally I should be 50~60 chapters ahead, but my latest stockpile is only 37 almost 38. I write around the same time that WN launched Inkstone, but first publish after RTW contest. I stockpiled 61 chapters (with lots of beginner mistakes, especially wall of information) at that time. So I lost 20 days worth of chapters.

The big problem is daily publishing. If you can't do it. Then reduce the rate (you will lost popularity tho, since Daily is always popular with the chance to appear at the front page. Edgarry hadn't put this Rabbink on the Trending Original. My novel is niche won't be a trend. Gwahahaha.).

Before I publish here, I could use my time to write 1.5 chapters, but editing took the half one. So at best I could only do 1 chapter now (2.500~3.000 words).

SweetsTomato Never. Always in 'Daily Updates' 6 times. This Rabbink had the screenshot for each my appearance. :D

(Usually novel that WN wanted to contract would appear often in Trending to make them had better rank. However, they will gone after the contract. They appeared later in other category.)

            I start to write..
            Procrastinate.
            say i'll do it later
I do it 2 days later..
            I start to write..

I do it 3 days later..

            repeat..

Reeeeeeeeeee just write everything in advance and you'll be fine,

SweetsTomato thanks... but please tell me how to create a time period where i could be truly free. You can even refer your writing routine

MasterRabbink thanks master....i think i will stockpile first. When you say edit, you mean an application or your own grammar knowledge. BTW, i am not a good english speaker and my grammar is meh...so it woul help me if u can suggest something.

                  Kneels infront of master

                    Broughtwaorld2 Nope. For example:

A good writer would make something like this: (Taken from The King's Avatar Chapter 1, so no spoiler. Hopefully this long didn't count as pirating.)

                    Click click, tap tap…

A pair of nimble hands fluttered across the keyboard and mouse, producing rhythmic tapping sounds much like a lively symphony. The screen flashed with bright light and the opponent fell to the ground in a spray of blood.

That is a good 'detailing'. A common writer like this Rabbink would write.

                    "Click... Click..."

MC pressed the keyboard while moving the mouse. He looked into the monitor, he had managed to defeat his enemy.

The first allowing reader to experience, the second only told the reader about what happened. See the words counts. That is the PRO trick. Readers love the first type. I still practiced to move my writing from the second into the one.

Cheap trick is Poem (we can use old song), Passersby, etc.

Another example is from female novel. (Full Marks Hidden Marriage: Pick Up a Son, Get a Free Husband).

"Hey, wake up… the air conditioning is cold here. Don’t sleep or you’ll catch a cold —"

The weight on her shoulder woke Ning Xi, her eyes opening disorientedly to see the nurse standing before her. She felt slightly embarrassed and her small face blushed red; she could not avoid the nurse’s gaze.

                    Normal writer would tell

"Hey, wake up!" A nurse woke Ning Xi and made her embarrassed.

I can't find the same quality in LoHP Chapter 1. The writer hadn't gone the transformation on Chapter 1. LoHP best quality isn't the writing style. But its story and character, a story about a Teacher with Comedy.

I've only written 12 chapters so far. Around 30,000 words total. It takes me about 5 hours to write and edit a 2500 word chapter.

Based on your schedule I don't think you can write that much. You might be able to write shorter chapters? Some novels only have 500 words a chapter and publish two or three chapters a day. If you're really patient I guess you could stop publishing, then stockpile a ton of chapters and publish 1 each day. It'd probably be a bad idea though since you already have 27 chapters published.

Do you have a word app on your phone? I've heard a lot of authors in China write their novels completely on their phone. You might be able to work on it on your phone between classes or when it's slow at work.
