I buy SS and didn't get them I NEED help resolving this how long will this take

    Im not sure why but all my SS disappeared in 2 of my account. How can i get it back?

    Is something going on with this website? I don't have anymore SS but I'm sure I haven't use up all of mine. I also brought more SS just in case I did use up all mine, but they're not showing up.
