lynerparel yes, I have read originals as well. I have also checked no velupdates but I have read most of CN ones, the rest are JP cliché harem and no plot trash.

      thelightishere What other tags are you looking for inside the protagonist strong from the start? Is is suppose to be a comedy? Do you want it be tragic? Is the mc you like suppose to be a stick to one kind of guy or a harem guy? Or are you alright with anything as long as the protagonist is strong from the start?

          lynerparel anything really. Harem is not my cup of tea but it is amusing. Comedy is something I enjoy as well, without comedy amusement goes down.
          Action IS a must, because I hate those dumb protagonists that just don't use their power. Hiding strength is fine, unless the MC just gets trashed on 24/7 and he does nothing.

              thelightishere I'm kinda scared, but I guess I'll advertise my novel to you. It's called adopted soldier, it's a gag like novel which is not meant to be taken too seriously and the mc is strong from the start, but their are a bunch of misunderstanding that might not be your cup of tea.

              How about reading Summoned Slaughterer that might be right up your alley. Or you can also read Knights & Magic, or you can read the Novel's extra. Or the returner.

                  thelightishere tbh most of the novels here have strong from the start MCs if you'll compare it to their age group. They seem weak only because they were usually chased or hunted by 1k - 1 million yo monsters, while the MC is still a young brat who haven't grew his hair yet.

                      bachingchung that's why I hate those novels where MC is a kid compared to the others he is fighting. JUST GO CULTIVATE IN A CAVE OR SOMETHING. If he has a high talent (like in the painting of the nine immortals) why not hide in a cave till you cultivate you dumb idiot protagonist. Martial world has an excuse, you need experience to cultivate higher, fine OK. But what about the rest? They clearly show that the people in the series stay at home and cultivate until they are strong enough. Wth protagonists?

                          thelightishere my main issue is that, the antagonist who were younger and with higher cultivation than the MC, but they suddenly stopped levelling up after they met the MC. Then their ancestors will appear whose cultivation has a meager increment to the prior young master. That just don't make sense.
