      It is slow... and there are only a few chapters translated so far.
      It is an apocalyptic type world (zombies, etc) MC is a woman. Rebirth/redo. I can't read the raws, so I have no ideas how the plot will develop. If only because it stands out more, I'm hoping Qidian or some others will look into a long term project with regular releases.

              Zerochemistry You have mentioned Qidian in your comment so you should be aware that Qidian only translates books that are on their Chinese site. Emperor of the cosmos is not a Qidian novel, it's a zongheng novel. As I have previously said please check the original publisher of the novel on novelupdates.com before putting up requests.

                Novelupdates description is a spoiler... so... This novel is based in modern China with a center around primarily Chinese martial arts and two characters (It's a pity I don't know the Chinese characters for Dragon and Snake...) Hence the apt title.
                ANYONE who has a fascination or appreciation for martial arts should find enjoyment in this novel.
